WHAT IS RS CAMP?
RS CAMP (Russian Synchro Camp) is a synchronized swimming training course (artistic swimming) highly professional developed for those who want to become a technical, capable, credible and authoritative athlete.
The International Camp, with a maximum duration of 8 days, it is held in Italian, English and Russian.
Among the teachers there are excellences of absolute value: professional athletes, world champions, Olympians gold medals and high level coach.
One coach is guaranteed for every seven to ten athletes, all champions coming from the national team of the Russian Federation and with a wealth of international experience. All our coaches have participated and won the Comen Cup, youth world cup, Europeans, World cup and Olympic Games.
WHO IS IT FOR?
- ATHLETES from 8 to 18 years old, agonists and propaganda of any level who want to improve technique, race management and emotion management.
- TECHNICIANS who want to specialize, conceive, develop and launch a new profitable training model.

Spare time
At your discretion everything they will wear when not engaged in sporting activities. A sweatshirt and long trousers are recommended for any changes in temperature in the evening
From Monday to Saturday the girls will also be engaged in other sporting activities, therefore it is advisable to have at least 3 shirts and 3 shorts for recreational sports activities
Important
Remember a sunscreen to avoid annoying sunburn.
We recommend that you do not bring video games and other valuable technological items
The use of mobile phones will be regulated by the staff of the RS CAMP
